Our training approach is two-tiered, catering to both new hires and existing team members.

When new employees join our firm, they undergo an intensive 4-5 week training program that combines classroom learning with practical training exercises that simulate the real-world scenarios they'll face.

These exercises cover essential topics such as ladder safety certification and driver safety certification.

Our new crew members are equipped with everything they need to excel in their roles, all while emphasizing our core values of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

To ensure a successful training experience, new hires are tested to achieve a high level of technical expertise that qualifies them to work alongside their crew and begin their lifelong journey of delivering excellence throughout the United States. Upon completing AVR FIBER's intensive training program, trainees receive company uniforms, a company vehicle, paid fuel, cable-specific tools, and all necessary safety equipment.

Once new technicians demonstrate proficiency and adherence to company practices, they have the opportunity to enter the second tier of training, which focuses on home security and advanced product installations.
