An executed Subcontractor Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement is required.

1 - Compliance with the ICP employee audit for employment eligibility must be completed before starting work on our projects.   

2- Provide certificates of insurance that confirm full compliance with the flow-down contract insurance requirements outlined in our customer contracts.  

- Participation in AVR's Pollution Program is anticipated at no cost. 

- Adhere to all industry, regulatory, local, and company construction and safety requirements.

- Compliance with our customer’s badging requirements is mandatory.
